Submersible Grundfos SEG sewage grinder pumps (0.9-4 kW) are designed for pumping wastewater, sludge-containing water, and sewage. Fitted with a patented grinder system designed to grind the media. SEG grinder pumps 0.9-4 kW are the perfect choice for pumping untreated wastewater and toilet waste from single houses, small communities and less populated areas as part of a pressurized pipe network where sewer systems or gravitation systems aren’t an option. SEG grinder pumps are designed for reliability and efficiency and are very cost-effective. The capability for use with smaller pressure pipes means the pumps are cheaper to install and operate, more energy-efficient and reliable for years to come
AUTOADAPT versions incorporate a controller, sensors and motor protection. Simply connect to the mains supply and the pump adapts automatically to the conditions in the pit.

Submersible Grundfos SL sewage pumps (1.1-11 kW) are fitted with either S-tube® (SL1) or SuperVortex impeller (SLV). The free passage through the pump varies from 50-100 mm depending on size. The hydraulic design of the impeller ensures minimum clogging and maximum reliability without compromising free passage or total system efficiency. When combined with intelligent controls and high-efficiency IEC and IE3 motor components, the SL range of pumps provides an ideal solution for. Pumping wastewater is challenging. Grundfos closed S-tube® hydraulics (offered for SE1/SE2/SL1/SL2 pumps fitted with Superhigh -, High -, Medium -, Low and Extra low head hydraulics) or S-tube® closed impellers provide large free passage and high efficiency. SE/SL pumps fitted with the closed S-tube® impeller are ideal for low to medium contaminated wastewater.
